Parkham Farms are makers of Westcountry Farmhouse Cheddar. David Willes originally purchased the farm, which is situated near Bideford in North Devon, in 1962. Cheese making commenced in 1984 as a means of diversification and adding value. The company now produces some 4000-4500 tonnes of mature cheddar cheese per annum.
